Terms of Service (TOS)
By using Crondash you understand and agree to all of the following terms and conditions (TOS).
Changes to the TOS
Crondash reserves the right to update and change the TOS with or without notice. Your continued use of the service after these changes implies that you
agree to the updated TOS.
Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
Abuse of Crondash in any of the following ways constitutes a breach of the AUP. Breaching the AUP will result in the termination of your account.
You must not target domains and IP addresses that are not owned by you, unless you have the permission of the domain owner.
You must not have more than 1 account.
You must be human. No bots are allowed.
You may not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.
Basic access authentication feature
You will not use the Basic access authentication feature unless you understand and accept the security implications of the Basic access authentication
protocol. Crondash strongly recommends that should you use this feature, your endpoint URL is SSL secured. You use this feature,
and all other features of Crondash solely at your own risk.
Cancellation and Termination
You can request to cancel your account with the registered email address connected with your account. All your account information including cron jobs
will be deleted. For privacy reasons, these data cannot be retrieved and are lost forever.
Crondash, at its sole discretion, has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the service at any
Changes to the Service
Services on offer can be modified with or without notice.
YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS.
You are responsible for any loss, damage or injury caused by the use of this service.
You understand that Crondash uses third party vendors to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required
to run the service. The availability of these services may thus be outside of our control. Crondash is not responsible for any loss resulting from:
1) hosting provider service downtime
2) server maintenance outages
3) malicious attacks targeting the network or server
4) any problems caused by forces outside of our control
